I have been married for 22 years and have two fantastic children as well as a high energy dog and a low energy cat. After 11 years in various roles in the medical field, I decided to focus on helping people make lifestyle changes to get to the root cause of health issues. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and in my "free time" I enjoy playing the piano, cooking (sometimes - mostly I enjoy eating), playing video games, gardening, reading, hiking, socializing, and traveling.

What my clients are saying

I loved working with Angie! She was always fully present for the coaching sessions and really listened to me well. She asked powerful questions that helped me create a vision of a healthier version of myself. Her supportive nature helped me move forward toward that goal. Angie is an experienced Health Professional and really lives what she coaches! If you’re looking for a great Health Coach, contact Angie!
